Since 2.7.1 update, Clickup integration doesn't add start time tracking link anymore in tasks #212
Comments
@ericdsd Hi there, could you please try clearing cache and cookies from your browser and double-check if the timer button is visible afterward? |
Hi, did but it's still the same. |
I am also experiencing this problem - clearing cache/cookies did not resolve. |
The same problem. |
Hi i also have the same issue on chrome |
same here |
Hi all, thank you for letting us know. Could you please try uninstalling the extension > clearing cache once more > installing the extension again? |
Also seeing this same issue for other integrations including Asana and Google Calendar. I'm not seeing any Clockify links added to any pages that are a part of the integrations. I have also tried clearing cache and resintalling extension to no avail. EDIT: currently working by installing version 2.6.9. Definitely an issue with the last two releases. |
May be the same issue: As of 2.7.1, the integration with todoist no longer works: the clockify icon doesn't show up in todoist.com. I've uninstalled clockify extension, cleared clockify.me cookies and cache, re-installed clockify extension -- still fails. Chrome 105.0.5195.127, Windows 10. |
Thank you for letting us know this, @bobh0303. The issue with the ToDoist has already been reported to our Devs and the fix should be out soon. |
I did it, but still not work. |
it works for me, thanks for the support. |
reinstalling the extension and clearing the cache worked for me/ |
For those who have managed to get it to work, could you confirm for us
|
firefox 104.0.2 on mac os monterey removed the extentsion, reinstalled it |
Hi @bobh0303, please note that the issue with ToDoist is a separate problem, and the team is working on it. The fix will be out with the new version of the extension. |
reinstalling the extension and clearing the cache, worked for me also!! |
Todoist integration still not work for me. Firefox 104 for Ubuntu. |
Hi @kergma-lw, please note that the team is still working on the fix for the issue with the ToDoist integration. |
Hi @bobh0303, @kergma-lw, please note that the new version of the extension has been released today with the fix for the ToDoist integration. We always suggest clearing cache and cookies after the update of the extension version just in case some issues remain cached. Feel free to let us know if everything is fine on your side after the update. |
ToDoist integration works now! Thank you :). |
2.7.2 is now on the store, installed in my Chrome 106.0.5249.62 browser, but still doesn't work. I cleared cookies for both todoist.com and clockify.me, and cleared cache from Chrome, but without success. AdBlock is turned off for todoist.com, and the clockify extension has full access to the site: Any further suggestions? |
Hi again, Can you please try reinstalling the extension completely? Sorry for the trouble, and thank you for your cooperation. Please let me know. Kind Regards, |
Steps I've done:
No clockify icon on todoist |
Thank you for more information. Can you please allow the extension to be visible in the incognito mode, and try to log in to both - the Clockify extension and the ToDoist account - and let me know if you see the button from there. Looking forward to your reply. Cheers! |
Aha! I had logged into https://clockify.me but apparently the extension didn't know that: I discovered the extension popup was showing a "login" button. Clicked that and (without having to provide credentials, presumably b/c the browser was logged in) it displayed the extension popup and now todoist integration works. Whew! Thanks for your help. |
Great news, @bobh0303. Thank you for letting me know. Feel free to reach back in case you encounter any other issues. Wish you a nice weekend, |
Hello. Same problem but I had to reinstall the extension, clear the cache, then login using the extension login form and it worked. Firefox 107.0, Windows 10 (21H2, Build 19044.2251) and Firefox 106.0.5, MacOS Ventura (13.0) |
Hi since clockify extension was updated to 2.7.1, Clickup integration stoped working.
Tested on Firefox Mac v 104 on Macos Monterey.
Start timer link is not added anymore in tasks header.
