In German books quotation marks look like „this“. It would be nice, if there is a switch, that changes "this" into „this“ while typing.

Possibly a Shortcut for entering „|“ (cursor between the quotes) or for quoting a selected textblock could be a solution, too.

Relates to #81. CuteMarkEd will offer a built-in snippet where it is possible to insert german quotes.
