[기본 인프라] API 엔드포인트 주소 변경 안내(2023/03/30)

에 따르면, NHN cloud 의 API 엔드포인트 주소들이 변경 중이거나 완료된 것으로 보입니다.

현재 "변경 전"에 해당하는 주소들이 CB-Spider 소스상에서 검색되는데,
(예를 들면, https://api-identity.infrastructure.cloud.toast.com https://kr1-api-instance.infrastructure.cloud.toast.com

"변경 후"에 해당하는 API 엔드포인트들을 활용해야 하는 것이 아닌지 문의드립니다.
(예를 들면, https://api-identity-infrastructure.nhncloudservice.com https://kr1-api-instance-infrastructure.nhncloudservice.com)

@seokho-son 위의 PR로 보완 완료했습니다.
참고로, 자원들의 endpoint는 NHN Cloud Go SDK에서 identity endpoint를 통해 인증 후 return되는 provider client 정보에서 추출해서 적용됩니다.
테스트해보니 update 전의 identity endpoint를 사용해도 자원들의 endpoint가 신규 endpoint URL로 적용되네요.
아마 NHN Cloud에서 이전의 identity endpoint를 사용해도 문제가 생기지 않도록 조치해놓은거 같습니다.
