prometheus and alert manager disks resources can not be deleted by cleanup task on gcp

There are some disk resources for prometheus and alert manager disks left on GCP after cleanup task run successfully.
3 x 20G and 2 x 500G that matches install.json

    "openshift_prometheus_storage_class": "standard",
    "openshift_prometheus_storage_size": "500Gi",
    "openshift_alertmanager_storage_class": "standard",
    "openshift_alertmanager_storage_size": "20Gi"
