How to filter NLBs that don't have logging enabled with a specific bucket pattern #9422

While I am verifying the NLBs that don't have a specific bucket pattern (Eg: "test-bucket"), I am also getting the NLBs for which the logging is not enabled.
I am using the below filter:
type: is-not-logging
bucket: "test-bucket"
My requirement is to find all the NLBs that have logging enabled and doesn't matches my bucket pattern.
