If Custodian can support AWS Organizations and Direct connect would be a nice Idea. For us the requirement is to send a notification if any account joins the existing organization and anyone creating a direct connect.

It would be good if there is way to attach scp to ou also.

Speaking of AWS Organizations, I would appreciate an action on aws.account that allowed policy to move an account to a different Organizational Unit (OU)
