aws - apigw - related filter for rest-api on rest-stage

Hi. I'm writing a policy for apigateway. I want to filter stages containing a specific tag using type:value on resource: rest-stage(This works ok). And out of those stages, I'd like to filter only "endpointConfiguration.types=PRIVATE" and this value filter is available from the parent rest-api.
ie., I want to query the parent from the stage. Based on @kapilt,
we would need a related filter implementation for that, please file an issue so we would need to add a type: rest-api filter for that to work
