Current behavior

Currently there is only a light mode which is not good for those who use dark mode and also for those who might access the webiste at night in dark

Expected behavior

There should be a dark mode

Currently i am in the process of making dark mode option for the main evalai repo and will make one for ngx after the main one design is finalised

The feature is currently not required by the community
