[Proposal] Add package command

The domovoi script does not allow to package a sam template as Chalice does instead(reference).

Could be very useful to have in order to manage all the resources through the Cloud Formation service.

Do you plan to integrate it? I can try to figure out how to do but I do not how do you manage the "fork" from the chalice core. In the next days, I hope I will have some time to dig into the code and figure out.

The "fork" is managed on an ad hoc basis, so to speak. It's not an actual fork but a monkeypatching of the Chalice codebase to the extent necessary to piggyback on Chalice commands.

I'm not familiar with the requirements for SAM templates. I believe this would involve saving configuration information on all infra changes made by Domovoi in the event trigger setup process. You are welcome to try it, but I don't currently have a plan for supporting SAM templates.
