Vote: Release v1.0.2 of specifications

The WG agreed to start a vote to release v1.0.2 of the specifications. The vote will stay open for 1 week and will end at the start of next week's call (Thursday 12pm ET, Feb 3).

Eligible voters: Chainguard, Google, IBM/RedHat, Intel, Microsoft, Nuxeo, SAP, VMWare, Erik Erikson, Tommy Chung

You may vote asynchronously by adding a comment to this issue or on the call next week.

If anyone (voting member or not) has any comments (for or against) the publication of the new release please feel free to add a comment to this issue.

Please note that v1.0.2-rc includes:

• all directory re-org changes from main
• a new line in the README pointing to the main branch for additional new specs

However, I don't think github is doing the last one correctly. It looks like it's diffing against v1.0.1 not main, so I would recommend people do the diff on the command line after checkout v1.0.2-rc branch: git diff --diff-filter=RCM main
