Allow action to pass though commit-dirty arg to Wrangler to suppress warning in logs (or perhaps set it by default?).

Current log output

▲ [WARNING] Warning: Your working directory is a git repo and has uncommitted changes

  To silence this warning, pass in --commit-dirty=true
