🚀 Feature Request [getBindingsProxy]: implement all binding types

The getBindingsProxy utility (introduced in #4523) should support as many type of bindings as possible.

I think the bindings to support, for a simple and clear mental model should be the ones supported by Pages (which are a subset of those supported by Workers).

Of those the only ones we're missing are:

• secrets, which will be supported when solving 🚀 Feature Request [getBindingsProxy]: add a convenient way to get hold of bindings of a specific types #4792
• AI
• queues (which we might wait to support until wrangler pages dev does start supporting them: 🚀 Feature Request: add Queue Produces support for Pages Dev #4336)
