Hey! This repo is for Wrangler 1, which does use -V for getting the version. Using -v will result in an error. We should revert this PR, or maybe ask users to try both?

$ wrangler -v     
error: Found argument '-v' which wasn't expected, or isn't valid in this context

USAGE:
    wrangler [FLAGS] [OPTIONS] <SUBCOMMAND>
