Stemcells are now downloaded with filename micro-bosh-stemcell-aws-0.7.0.tgz in download_micro_bosh_stemcell

It was originally correct: Confirming: Micro BOSH will be created with stemcell micro-bosh-stemcell-aws-0.7.0.tgz

How did it change to to?
