In redis & rabbit node logs:

tar: /var/vcap/stemcell_base.tar.gz: Cannot open: No such file or directory
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
tar: Child returned status 2
tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors

What's this all about?

rabbit node starts fine so don't know if this is really a problem. Also warden can create containers successfully.
Also the dir /var/vcap/data/rabbit/warden/rootfs gets created somehow so it should not fail a second time.
