SHA not matching for download of logsearch-for-cloudfoundry-211.1.0.tgz

Applying the operations/cloudfoundry.yml with version v211.1.0 of logsearch-bosh-release. The verification of the download of the logseacrh-for-cloudfoundry is failing as the sha's do not match.

Probably related to #167, I'm also running into this issue again but unlike the previous ticket only for logsearch-for-cloudfoundry release tgz.
