Unable to disable multiple collectors. #16

Are enabled by default unless specifically disabled by command line switches.
Update the templates + spec + tests to allow these collectors to be disabled if desired.

@benjaminguttmann-avtq Not at this time unfortunately, current contract/job ends this week and starting a new contract/job next week. Future changes will depend on my new workload.
