Show Child Menu check box not working for me

Hi,

I am having an issue with the Show Child Menu checkbox button.

When I un-check the box, the child menu is still present. I verified the issue by starting a new Cloudscribe project from the Cloudscribe template starter. The resulting project does the same thing.

I am using VS 2019, and just started the new verify test project yesterday 02/03/2019. I also updated all the files using nuget before testing. Below is a screen shot of my current production site. It may be that I am using the software incorrectly. But I don't see how to use it in a different way than what I am doing.

Terms and Conditions is still present with About page settings Show Child Menu un-checked...
