Implement an automatic online-update.

This new feature should be enabled by default for both server and client.

It should be possible to disable this feature via the main configuration file (some people might not like the daily polling of the version for privacy reasons).

The online-update exists and works for the command-line-program. It does not yet work for the server. I decided to postpone the server part, because I do not want to delay the release of 0.9.4 any longer. It fixes a pretty bad bug: #29

I created #30 for the server-part.
