Describe the bug

docsearch result does not contain all markdown content.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. when we search server.xxx
2. the results include https://www.cloudwego.io/zh/docs/hertz/reference/config/#server
3. when we search WithBasePath (Or other keyword in table)
4. the results does not contain https://www.cloudwego.io/zh/docs/hertz/reference/config/#server

Expected behavior

docsearch results need to include all markdown content.
we should change the crawler strategy in the algolia background to adapt to the search needs of cloudwego.

other problems:
we seem to need a separate issue template for the cloudwego.github.io project, since we shouldn't be reporting issues with kitex here.
