iprange is a regular expression builder for IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.

Version: bleeding pre-alpha prototype to be continued Sep 2011

Features:
- Range finder: i.e. recognize all from 224.0.0.0 to 224.0.0.255 - current work in progress...

Technical note: the flavor generated is POSIX Extended Regular Expressions.
