[Feature Request] Get warning and critical values based of the IfSpeed interface #3

It would be really usefull if you can set the warning and critical values based on a percentage of the IfSpeed interface.

-W 80% # warning is the 80% of the interface IfSpeed
-C 90% # critical is the 90% of the interface IfSpeed
