Brainstorming Workflow Project

Dears ,

I want to share with you the below Ideas related to the workflow and i need all the members who are interested to work on this project to put a comment on the case so we can be ready by next week to begin working , this is what i found :
1- https://www.jbpm.org (an open source workflow engine that we can use) and they have plug-in for eclipse to draw the worklfow that we need and this is to get the eclipse plugin

2- we can use this application http://gojs.net/latest/samples/flowchart.html to be integrated with the JBPM (to have the same xml format of JBPM ) so we will have the integration and we will be able to design the workflow from the web instead of eclipse.
also this is an open source and this the Git link (in my opinion it is a nice interface so our client will love it)

3- we need to develop some dynamic forms for insert/Update (Html/JavaServlet) to be able to create the data and also run the workflow based on some criteria (we need to have our Inbox/ToDo/Done/ Search grid).

I will be waiting for others points to be added , please note that all these points are ideas , if anyone have something better, please let me know, at the end we need to have the best product.
