pgsql fails to synchronise archives after failover #291

The pgslq RA should really use rsync to synchronise the archive - as an option.
I get that the author doesn't want to mess up with rsync, but there really should be an option to do it.
Otherwise restart is required where we could get away without one. The issue is fixed in 9.3, but for 9.2 - it would be nice to have the rsync option please.

Hello,
is the automatic failover (old master beocomes up-to-date slave without WAL copy), using PostgreSQL 9.3, possible?
I refer to the following feature:

@dmuhamedagic i refer to: Is the new PostgreSQL 9.3 feature (i linked) supported by the resource agent? Maybe as @Waniek say, that postgresql feature solve this issue
