M4 Pattern Marine Armor Storage Won't Take Any Items

Description

The M4 armor won't accept certain items that they logically should, and I'm unsure if this is an issue with the size code or the armor.
It has been able to fit magazines, but screwdrivers and tools, MRE won't fit either.

Reproduction
Step 1: Take your 'small' item
Step 2: Try to store it in M4 armor you have equip
Step 3: ???

Additional context
Again, this might be related to the way item sizes are coded in SS14, or it might be an issue with the M4 Armor. Unsure if this affects other armors and more testing may be needed.
