The tile size (64 px default) is specified in the ozf2/3 header. In some 
cases, using larger tile sizes is prefered, for instance it's much faster to 
produce ozf2 files from GMaps (using ozfenc) with tile size equals to 256px 
without any conversion. 

OziExplorerCE support any tile size and I believe the same is for Ozi 
itself.
