If we have a sensor sending multiple messages and something drops/crash.
We want to make sure that the time stamp is valid.

Since we set timestamp after message has been properly received, the QoS layer will handle this issue.

When we generate graphs with Value/Timestamp, the graphs will be consistent even if there's an issue with the messages.
