Hello,

When using cmer portable v1.0.174-release-1.3 for the first time, I get prompted with

Missing git support, install posh-git with 'Install-Module posh-git' and restart cmder.

This is with an empty WindowsPowershell folder in my user profile. C:\cmder\vendor\psmodules only contain PsGet -- should it also contain a copy of posh-git?
