Confusing "Settings" > "Integration" dialog behavior #904

Hi! Love Cmder!! 😄

I'm having a problem both with the stable and pre-release versions. When entering "Settings" > "Integration", for the first time, the "command" and "icon file" inputs are filled with the default text, but when I switch to another setting, say "Default term" and go back to "Integration" they disappear.

Also I'm not sure how to create more than one menu item, say "ConEmu here", "ConEmu with Bash here", and so on.

I just installed standalone ConEmu and discovered this is a ConEmu issue, not Cmder's.
