Currently when latexindent is called on a file without an extension, then the file extension must be specified within fileExtensionPreferences.

I'd prefer it to work without this, and only consult fileExtensionPreferences if there is more than one match.

On reflection, I think that the current behaviour is desirable.

However, as of f5e5935 latexindent.pl can now be called on any file, regardless of if the extesion is within fileExtensionPrefrerences. If no extension is given, then fileExtensionPreferences must still be consulted
