Considering to remove singularity support and just go with conda. #26

If the pipeline is to work with conda for local setups anyway, I might as well ditch singularity, and focus all the debugging effort on the conda envs instead.

The reason why I liked having both was that I wanted the quick devel-cycle locally (especially for the report), and didn't care that a few things only worked on the cluster with singularity. I have stopped supporting singularity for new rules, and am currently considering removing singularity completely.
