A new version of the regrouped uncertainty source file for EOY JECs was announced here but the archives here have not yet been updated.

Also, in #248 the UL2017 JECs were added but the file does not contain those regrouped sources. AFAIK the UL uncertainties are still taken from EOY JECs, so it would just be a matter of copying over the files to the UL archive.
(also to be kept in mind when Summer19UL18_V5 will be added)
