EcalDCS O2O test failing in 11.2.X

Since yesterday ( CMSSW_11_2_X_2020-05-28-2300 IB) the EcalDCS_O2O_test test (from CondTools/Ecal package) is failing with error [a]. There is nothing related to the code which changed, @ggovi do you have any idea why this test test failing?
