A long time ago I drafted the packager, a tool which allows to download a customized CMSimple_XH. Presently, language file and template selection are available, but this could be extended to plugins.

I wonder whether it would be a good idea to employ the packager on cmsimple-xh.org, so users could download a suitable package?
