Ensure that the most recent column is always first (in enhance tab) #38

This might already be happening, I forget how the exponential decay function works but want to make sure that the most recently accessed column is in enhance, rather than the most popular column

If a column gets lots of interest but then we change analytic focus, we want to prioritize this most recent change rather than the old, highly interning column (at least for the first place spot)
