I found that i cannot do an Identify over the result of a Find. This is for a point, line or polygon layer.

Not sure if this is directly related, but I noticed that I cannot identify anything under my marker in a widget I made. Looking further, I noticed that it is the same for the "Drawing Layer". If you draw a circle (for example), you cannot identify anything under that graphic.

This behavior in CMV/JS API has been documented previously. It occurs with any graphics placed on the map. It relates to the management of the infoTemplates for graphics/feature layers. I have addressed this in a current enhancement to CMV feature that I am working on related to the managing MapClickMode (and thus the infoTemplates),
