I'm closing this issue because the Buttons to move back and forward between sections are ready. Moving using the keyboard arrows is beyond the scope of my skills. I have spent almost 20 hours trying to figure this out. Need to move on to finish other tickets. We can re-open this or generate another ticket to see if someone in the OpenSource community can help.

The ReactRouter reads the URL to define the section, but when it changes using "Redirect" it automatically starts an Infinite Loop.
