We have started Japanese localization in #147. This will be a long journey, but we have decided to begin with the l10n of "CNCF Cloud Native AI White Paper". (Thanks @kenta-iijima!!)

Note

This White Paper is approximately 700 lines long. Should we divide it into several parts to work on it? (I think we should divide it into a first half and a second half.)

• Second half: From ## Path Forward with Cloud Native Artificial Intelligence to the end of the file
