我在这个awslab上提问了，对应issue为： awslabs/aws-iot-certificate-vending-machine#7
然后看到cncoder这个账号也是那边的Assignees，所以在这里再提问一次。
如何保证1个sn，只能申请一个证书，为何第二次申请会失败，在哪段代码当中实现的。
期待你的回复。
