Multiple deprecated APIs parameters

Describe the bug

We use various SonarQube API to generate a report.
Some of these API have deprecated parameters since 8.0.

We should update our API calls to remove/replace the deprecated parameters like these :

• fileUuids in facets parameter for api/issues/search endpoint
• projectKey for api/qualityprofiles/search endpoint
• name for api/qualityprofiles/export endpoint replaced by qualityProfile
• f for api/rules/search endpoint whose value defaultDebtRemFn was replaced by defaultRemFn
• actives for api/rules/searcht endpoint replaced by activation
• qualifiers and language in /api/components/search endpoint soon to be removed : https://community.sonarsource.com/t/deprecation-of-api-endpoint-parameters-for-api-components-search-in-2-weeks/41318

To reproduce

1. Open the requests.properties file

Expected behavior

No deprecated parameters in the plugin API calls.
