Describe the bug

The tool documentation must be updated to clearly expose which SonarQube version is compatible.
As the new 4.0.0 release will be compatible with SQ 8.9 LTS, this must be indicated.
As there are too many differences with SonarQube 7.9 LTS, we should also indicate that 4.0.0 will not be compatible.

To reproduce

  1. Open README.md

Expected behavior

The compatibility matrix should be up to date.
As well as every other section.
