Indicate full status of Quality Gate inside report

The report shows the global status of the Quality Gate but in case of failure, it does not indicate which condition is violated.

Describe the solution you'd like

Create a dedicated table with the Quality Gate global status and the status of each of its conditions.
In case there is no information on every quality gate metric, the placeholder from the template should be removed.
