Describe the bug

When you try to generate a report on an empty project (no analysis yet), the plugin fails with the following error :

 "For input string: \"\""

To reproduce

  1. Manually create a SonarQube project
  2. Do not run any analysis
  3. Generate a report using the plugin

Expected behavior

The report should be generated with the existing piece of information.
