Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the tool is only available for the last LTS version.
Despite that, it "may" still work on the next major release, so it could be useful to provide a way to deactivate the SQ version check.

Describe the solution you'd like

The easy fix would be to provide a dedicated flag for the standalone mode.
Right now, I can't think of an elegant workaround for the plugin mode.

We decided to remove the exception that prevents the tool to work on non-compatible SonarQube servers.
Instead, we log/show a warning to remember users that it may not work, and that they should have a look at the compatibility matrix.
So... no need for flag now !
But it's still unlikely that we'll fix anything related to SQ 9.x before the next LTS release...
