Allow caret to show when string empty / always. #35

After it finishes typing last string OR after finished deleting last string keep caret blinking.

CaretWhenEmpty = true, would allow it to blink until input resumes.
LeaveCaret = true, would always show, even if there is text but not if there is no text.
