Communication within same subnet is not happening when network level policy is added for subnet #121

Whenever network level policy is added for selector subnet(x) with other peer subnet(y), pods beloning to x and y subenet are able to communicate but 2 pods belonging to same x subnet are not able to communicate.
Rule need to be added to allow communication of pods within the selector subnet
