Yea I see. Good call out! I think we can just quote some polars verbiage for this.

Polars is a blazingly fast DataFrames library implemented in Rust using Apache Arrow Columnar Format as memory model.

I feel like as a topic it might need more, since I'd think the topic is more along the lines of use of polars.

Impressive projects and resources that use or reference the DataFrame library can be added to this list.

What do you think?

The topic I have there now is what seemed common in awesome-lists, but you're right. It's technically not allowed.
