Windows 10, MeshLab_64bit_fp v2020.12 - tested on two PCs, error occurs on both.
Open MeshLab, File -> Import Mesh..., and import the attached dandelion.obj file. MeshLab exits.
I am also including grass_block.obj and its related files. This model, in a similar format, loads properly.

I thought the problem might be cutouts - the dandelion model is a cutout. Here is what the model looks like in the Microsoft 3D Viewer:
