refs.bib file cleaned up (typo, extra spaces, eol)
NG.126 reference added

Decision taken during RA1 meeting the 22th of August: Simplify the Bibliography for entries related to HTML documents.
WIP, another commit will arrive soon

@pgoyal01 @ildikov @collivier I have simplified the Biblio's entries as discussed during RA1 meeting the 22th of August. Can you please review?
