Also problematic, the console emits i18n:en locale loaded when it isnt loaded.

Adblock plus doesnt enable this rule list (easyprivacy.txt) by default, and uOriginBlock has a bug tracking an unbreak.txt rule : uBlockOrigin/uAssets#1510

There are a lot of other vectors where easyprivacy.txt may be in use without the uOriginBlock unbreak.txt override : https://github.com/search?q=easyprivacy.txt

Created scrapinghub/adblockparser#13 and essandess/adblock2privoxy#5 and AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters#11282 for some of the other vectors.
